The provision of mechanical, electrical & public health consultancy services associated with the proposed commercial redevelopment of the existing office building at 1210 Arlington Business Park on behalf of Bankfoot APAM.

The project consists of the redevelopment of the existing building, including a new-build two-storey extension with roof terrace at the front of the building with a new experience café at ground floor level to provide a three-storey development of high-quality commercial office space.

This will entail a comprehensive strip-out and overhaul of the existing services installations in order to provide a modern, flexible and adaptable M&E services installation.

The refurbished & extended building has been designed to achieve some attractive accreditations such as:

• EPC “B” minimum rating;

• BREEAM Excellent;

• NABERS 4*;

• SmartScore;

• WiredScore;

• Fitwell.

All of the above will create an inspiring building with high environment performance that is attractive to potential tenants.
