Remodelling and refurbishment project based in Bristol City Centre.
Box Twenty were appointed by Melburg Capital to undertake this extensive remodelling & refurbishment project to create an enhanced entrance, café, reception, flexible office area on the ground floor, plus high-quality office provision on the upper floors.
Working with Stride Treglown Architects, early M&E surveys were key to understanding the existing services & structure and to coordinate the mostly exposed services solution.
A “Wellness” area including a gym is being created at lower ground floor level which will also provide extensive washrooms and cycle storage.
Box Twenty were employed from concept through to a RIBA stage 3 Tender for a D&B Contractor. Box Twenty were then employed by the Contractor to complete the detailed design through construction and to handover, while a separate Box Twenty Client team acted as Technical Advisor to the main Client.
