The provision of mechanical, electrical, and public health consultancy services associated with the proposed residential development for Beech Tree Place, Sutton.

The existing residential properties on the site will be demolished to make way for a phased full regeneration of Beech Tree Place in Sutton Town Centre for the London Borough of Sutton, consisting of circa 100 new residential units across a number of apartment blocks, plus a small Community facility with a planning application targeted for submission before Christmas 2021.

This is the first flagship regeneration project for Sutton which may shape future developments.

The first phase will be to build the elderley care block, which will then enable a decant of the residents into Block A.

This will free up the existing residential units for demolition and release the remainder of the site for the development of Blocks B, C & D.

The development is targetting significant Carbon reductions and main heating system are central ASHP’s, MVHR’s combined with significant PV roof-mounted arrays to generate electricity & keep energy & fuel costs low.

The project is also future-proofed with facility for future connection to Sutton’s District Heat Network.
