Box Twenty were commissioned by BNP Paribas to undertake visual site inspections & produce condition reports for 17no. Royal Berkshire fire stations in various locations throughout Berkshire in order to assess the overall condition of their building stock and more importantly, to identify any critical remedial work that needed to be undertaken in order to keep these facilities running.

We were also involved in the life-cycle costing exercise in order to produce the information required for the Client to make informed decisions about priority spending over subsequent years.

Box Twenty hope to be involved when these remedial works schedules are available in order to develop detailed designs and specifications for Tender so that these priority works can be addressed.
