Building Services consultancy associated with the refurbishment and redevelopment of Redmayne House in Bristol.

The building was converted from an office building to initially convert the second & third floors into serviced apartments, 4no. units. and works to the ground & first floor landlord areas in order to provide capacity & future connectivity to serve phase 2 works.

The second phase of works that were undertaken, was the conversion of the ground & first floors to provide a further 4no. units.

Box Twenty were required to produce a developed design set of documents for tender for only Phase 1 works at this time in a 2-stage approach. The first stage was to define and agree the Energy & M&E strategies for the development and develop our “RIBA Stage 2 Concept Design” proposals for agreement with the client & design team.

Box Twenty then further progressed the M&E services design to RIBA Stage 3 for Tender.

Following appointment of the D&B contractor, Box Twenty continued in a client side monitoring role working with the project team to ensure the final installed product was in line with the specification and the standard of workmanship on site was in keeping with the clients aspirations.
