Box Twenty were commissioned by White Young Green to undertake visual site inspections & produce performance specifications for tender to enable refurbishment of 2no. sites at Guildford & Staines which were also being extended as part of a wider programme of remodelling works.

Works involved the remodelling of internal spaces which meant that the M&E installations were also refurbished and upgraded to provide new ventilation & cooling systems, plus upgrades to IT, security & access controls installations.
