Box Twenty were appointed for the provision of M&E Consultancy services, site visit and assessment of existing chillers and appropriate chiller replacements.

Box Twenty provided a review of contractors proposals for the proposed chiller replacement.

Box Twenty provided design services and carried out site monitoring for a boiler and chiller replacement and controls upgrade project at Swindon History Centre, improving building performance and energy efficiency.

The work included; visiting the site and assess the existing chiller installation, to make an assessment of appropriate chiller replacement.

In addition to this, Box Twenty produced a specification for the proposed chiller replacement and reviewed and commented on the contractors proposals for the chiller replacement and check against the existing chilled water system.

Box Twenty also undertook a site inspection of chiller installation and witnessing of commissioning.
