Box Twenty were appointed as part of the Stelling Properties Framework to undertake Mechanical and Electrical Engineering on this new-build student residential scheme.

The site was cleared in 2019 ready to receive new build student housing scheme with 99no. student studios and ancillary areas aiming for completion September 2022 for new student intake.

All residents will benefit from the use of the communal areas which include; gym, tv lounge, bike store, laundry, study area, coffee point, reception area and outdoor space.

The new build scheme uses Stelling Modular volumetric modules with onsite groundworks core/podium.

A furtther application was submitted to reflect the removal of the basement from the scheme.

The orginal consent comes with 36no. conditions. All pre-demolition conditions have been discharged; however a number of conditions will require discharge ahead of the main building works commenching (excl groundworks) and before occupation of the building.
